The interdisciplinary Minor in Global Sustainability is open to students in all majors who want to understand the many facets of sustainability and to learn how to apply this knowledge to their daily lives. Students are empowered to become individual leaders and creative collaborators who can effectively engage the materials and human resources of their community to accomplish their goals. The Minor connects courses from many disciplines across grounds and prepares students to incorporate sustainable practices into their future careers. The Minor is administered by the School of Architecture, directed by Prof. Phoebe Crisman, and guided by a Governing Board of faculty from seven academic units: Arts & Sciences, Architecture, Batten, Commerce, Education, Engineering, Nursing.
